Online Cooperation Meeting With Malaysia and Indonesia Agencies

2023年8月25日，南京双日教育旗下来华留学招商品牌EDUPRCHINA与马来西亚公司的两位代表人以及一位印度尼西亚公司的负责人成功开展了一次线上会议。本次会议的主要议题是围绕来华留学方面的合作展开。

On August 25, 2023, EDUPRCHINA (an agent platform brand of iStudy Company), successfully held an online meeting with two representatives from Malaysian companies and the head of an Indonesian company. The main agenda of this meeting was the collaboration on studying in China.

会议中，EDUPRCHINA的经理和咨询顾问对EDUPRCHINA 的实力和优势进行了介绍，并重点讨论了可以合作的项目以及相关问题的答疑解惑。

During the meeting, the manager and consultant of EDUPRCHINA effectively showcased the company’s strengths and advantages. The discussion primarily focused on exploring potential collaboration programs and addressing relevant inquiries.

下午3点会议正式开始，我司的咨询顾问KIKI通过视频进行了公司环境全景展示，介绍istudy以及EDU平台的来源及发展等历史事迹。业务经理Iris进行公司介绍的总结，拓展我司与各大院校的合作项目，以及公司的五大核心业务。马来西亚公司公司的代表表示我司EDUPRCHINA的网站内容丰富且全面，这是吸引他们想深入了解我们的原因。

The conference officially commenced at 3 p.m. KIKI, our consultant, presented a video showcasing the company’s environment, providing an overview of Istudy and the origins and evolution of the EDUPRCHINA platform, along with other significant milestones. Iris, the business supervisor, delivered a summary of the company’s introduction, elaborating on the collaborative initiatives between our company and various universities, as well as the five core business of ISTUDY. At the conclusion of the meeting, the representatives expressed their appreciation for the comprehensive and content-rich nature of our EDUPRCHIA website, highlighting their interest in learning more about us.

在会议中的提问环节，对方公司提出了非常多且十分专业的问题，表现出对我司浓厚的兴趣。同时我司代表也给予了专业的回复。

During the Q&A session of the meeting, the comapaies raised numerous insightful questions and displayed a keen interest in our company. In response, our manager provided comprehensive and professional answers.

期间，马来西亚公司代表人提出如果有学生想来华留学，如何在EDUPRCHINA平台找到合适的产品，以及有无学生来华接机住宿等售后服务。我司代表立即在网站上进行了演示学生如何快速找到匹配的产品。同时客户也了解到，他们作为代理商，我司会有专业的咨询顾问，为学生匹配合适的产品。我司会协助来华学生与学校老师交接等工作，提供来华留学操作指南，直至顺利到校。

One of Malaysian representives inquired about the process of finding suitable scholarship programs on the EDUPRCHINA platform for students interested in studying in China, as well as the after-sales services such as airport pick-up and accommodation arrangements. Our manager promptly demonstrated how students can efficiently use the website to find available scholarship programs. Additionally, Malaysian representives were informed that our company has dedicated consultants who specialize in matching students with suitable programs. Istudy also assists in facilitating communication between students and Chinese school teachers, providing comprehensive guidance for a smooth transition and settling in upon arrival.

马来西亚公司代表对我司的ISSP考试表示十分好奇。 ISSP考试作为一项标准化评估，旨在评估学生是否符合奖学金资格。

Furthermore, Malaysian company expressed curiosity regarding our ISSP exam. The ISSP examination serves as a standardized evaluation to assess students’ eligibility for scholarships and academic achievements.

马来西亚公司代表还提出了一系列合作相关的问题，比如成为代理商后的费用问题，代理商如何升星级从而成为更高一级的代理商。我司通过合作流程图向其解释。 他们表示十分清楚。

Malaysian representives also raised a series of cooperation-related questions, such as the cost of becoming an agent, and how an agent can upgrade its star level. Our manager explains to them through the cooperation flow chart, whcih make thembe very clear about it.

针对马来西亚学生的一些特殊的问题：学分转移，是否需要参加预科班等，双方也进行了热烈的探讨，双方表示在以后的合作中需要深入思考解决此类问题。最后双方相约会面于今年的十一月份在吉隆坡举办的江苏省贸易展。

Regarding some special problems of Malaysian students, such as credit transfer and the necessity of attending preparatory classes, the two sides also had a heated discussion, and both sides expressed that they need to think deeply about solving such problems in future cooperation. Finally, the two sides made an appointment of meeting at the Jiangsu Provincial Trade Fair held in Kuala Lumpur in November this year.

印度尼西亚公司表示了100%的合作意愿，最后双方相约会面于今年的十一月份在雅加达举办海外代理商见面会。

The Indonesian Company also expressed his 100% willingness to cooperate. Finally, the two partiesmade an appointment of meeting at the Exhibition held in Jakarta in November this year.
