From April 24th to 25th, 2025, the 14th Educational Global Partners Conference (EGPC) was held in Nanjing, China. This two-day event convened global education leaders, focusing on enhancing the "Study in China" brand, capacity development, and international higher education cooperation.

At the main venue, a Global Agent Meet-up provided a one-on-one negotiation platform for Chinese and overseas educational institutions. Two parallel sessions delved into various aspects of educational collaboration. On April 25th, the "Hungarian Universities Meet -up" facilitated direct exchanges with Hungarian higher education entities.

With over 400 representatives from more than 140 Chinese institutions and nearly 200 international agents from over 50 countries, the conference spurred in-depth discussions on future enrollment trends, industry opportunities, and global education cooperation.

Three live-streaming rooms at the main venue showcased over 40 Chinese institutions promoting their international student programs. Streamed on global platforms such as Facebook and YouTube, these broadcasts reached hundreds of thousands of overseas students, offering a comprehensive view of China's educational landscape.

Main Venue of 14th EGPC Global Partners Conference

The 14th EGPC (17th Edition), stands as a key global education event. Over the past decade, it has connected 1500+ Chinese institutions, 60 overseas universities from 20 countries, and 1000 agencies in over 100 nations. This has led to more than 26000 successful partnerships, boosting international education in China.

The 2025 conference opened up new opportunities for everyone in education. Agents got a chance to meet directly with top Chinese universities. Students found better ways to study in China, along with more support. As China’s education system grows in global influence, the event showed that studying in China offers great learning experiences and better career prospects.

EGPC remains the go-to platform for international education partnerships. This year’s event is a major step forward for the "Study in China" program, promising even more growth in the future.

Following the opening ceremony speeches, the awarding ceremony for the "Best Partners" of Chinese institutions during the 2024-2025 period was held. These institutions have provided good scholarship seats, fast admission, and programs with a high success rate to the agents who applied through EDUPRCHINA and their students over the past year.

One-on-One Meetings

The one-on-one sessions held from April 24th to 25th enriched the negotiation format for agents with universities. During these sessions, agents had the opportunity to directly talk face-to-face with uni teachers. Through these conversations, both parties could gain a deeper understanding of each other. Agents were able to learn in detail about the institutions' enrollment projects and policies, while the institutions could better showcase their advantages. This direct interaction enabled them to explore potential future collaborations and establish closer partnerships, jointly driving the development of the industry.

EDUPRCHINA Global Live Broadcast

During the live-streaming sessions for Chinese universities' international student enrollment on April 24th and 25th, three online live-stream rooms were set up. The cumulative number of viewers reached 17849, with 21849 total views and 72455 likes.

Teachers in charge of enrollment from the International Education Colleges of Chinese universities used the EGUPRCHINA platform. They introduced the uni development history, featured majors, academic advantages, and scholarship policies. A comprehensive overview of international student enrollment programs and activities was also provided.
