What We Offer

✔ Pre-Arrival Concierge (72 hours before departure)

1. Dedicated Service Group Setup

Establish a 4-party WeChat service group including the student, agent, consultant, and pickup coordinator (bilingual) for pre-departure coordination.

2. City & Campus Early Briefing

Provide city introduction videos and university promotional images/videos based on the student's destination, helping them get a feel for their new environment in advance.

3. Luggage Pre-Registration

Collect luggage photos (color, size, special markings) in advance, register fragile/prohibited items self-check, and pre-schedule appropriate pickup vehicles accordingly.

✔ Seamless Landing Connection

1. Flight/Train Monitoring & Dispatch

Dedicated pickup coordinator monitors flight/train status, tracks possible delays, and adjusts dispatch arrangements in real time.

2. Meet-Up Point Guidance

Send navigation location or geo-tagged photos of the designated meet-up point at the airport/station to ensure student confidence and peace of mind upon arrival.

3. Identity Verification & Safety Confirmation

Driver/escort verifies student identity against passport soft copy stored on phone/tablet, and asks student to sign for confirmation of pickup.

✔ In-Transit Care

1. Welcome Kit Onboard

Distribute a physical welcome kit upon boarding to enhance service quality. Kit includes: bottled water, disinfectant wipes, energy bars, etc.

2. 15-Minute City Orientation

During the drive to campus, the escort provides a brief introduction to help students quickly familiarize themselves with the city and university surroundings.

✔ 24-Hour Post-Arrival Follow-Up (Drop-off to next-day follow-up)

1. Safe Campus Drop-Off

Driver safely delivers student to the campus gate, assists with luggage and personal belongings handover. 

Photos/videos of the student arriving safely on campus are captured and shared with overseas agents and parents.

2. 24-Hour Golden Follow-Up

The coordinator sends a service satisfaction survey the morning after arrival to collect student feedback on the pickup experience.

Agent Branding Support Service

Provide branded pickup materials for agents; assist in collecting pickup service photos/videos to help agents build promotional content for future student recruitment.
