2026 SCG Educational Global Partners Conference is scheduled to hold on November 6th, 2026 in Zhuhai, Guangdong, China. 

70+ Chinese universitiesand colleges,  70+ global educational institutions or their representatives from over 30 Asian countries, and other partners will be invited to join the event.

Attending agents will have the opportunity to engage in one-on-one collaboration and negotiations with the representatives of Chinese universities.

Travel in Zhuhai?

The SCG conference may have brought us to Zhuhai, but the city itself turned out to be an unexpected highlight. It will be a great chance for u to take a deep breath and explore the city that hosted us — Zhuhai. With its sunny coastline, lush islands, and laid-back charm, Zhuhai is well worth exploring. Here are a few travel gems we recommend.

1. Lovers' Road + Zhuhai Fishing Girl (Free)

A signature landmark of Zhuhai City. The iconic statue stands by Xianglu Bay. Strolling along Lovers' Road, you can enjoy the seaside views, visit the Love Post Office and the lighthouse — a truly romantic spot perfect for photos.

2. Zhuhai Grand Theatre (Sun & Moon Shells) (Free for exterior views; tickets required for performances)

China's only opera house built on the sea. This shell-shaped landmark looks fresh and elegant during the day and shines brightly with dazzling lights at night — an ideal spot for photography.

3. New Yuanming Palace (Free)

A replica of the classical landscapes of the Old Summer Palace (Yuanmingyuan), featuring imperial garden architecture. Visitors can enjoy ancient-style buildings, live-action performances, and family-friendly leisure activities — suitable for both parents and children.

4. Chimelong Ocean Kingdom (Ticket: approx. 350–450 RMB)

A world-class marine-themed amusement park featuring the Whale Shark Aquarium, roller coasters, float parades, and a spectacular fireworks show — a top choice for family trips.

5. Wailingding Island (Ferry ticket: approx. 120–160 RMB; island entry is free)

Crystal-clear waters and fine sandy beaches. Climb to the top for a panoramic view of the island and a distant sight of Hong Kong. Fresh seafood is available — perfect for a one-day island getaway.

Beyond Zhuhai, EDUPRCHINA also warmly recommends exploring several nearby cities that are easily accessible by high-speed rail or ferry:

Zhongshan – about 30 minutes from Zhuhai by high-speed train

Jiangmen – about 30–40 minutes away

Shenzhen – around 1–1.5 hours by train

Macau – conveniently reachable via the Gongbei or Qingmao border checkpoints from Zhuhai

Guangzhou – approximately 1–1.5 hours by high-speed rail

Each of these cities offers its own unique charm, history, and cuisine — making them perfect for a side trip before or after your conference.
