Q2.国际学生可以在中国进行哪些类型的实习？

What types of internships are available for international students in China?

A2: 国际学生可以参加校外实习，但需符合学校教学安排，并且不以获取劳动报酬为目的（交通补贴和餐补除外）。

International students are allowed to participate in off-campus internships, provided they follow the university's academic curriculum and do not receive monetary compensation (transportation and meal allowances are excluded).

I am studying in China. How can I participate in an internship?

A3: 首先，您需要持有有效的学习类居留许可，并取得与所学专业相关的实习机会。在获得实习单位接收后，您应向就读学校申请出具同意校外实习的函件，同时请实习单位提供同意接收函件，随后将这两份材料一并提交至当地公安机关出入境管理机构，申请在您的居留证件上加注实习地点与期限等信息。需要特别注意的是，持学习类居留证件的外国人，如未完成上述加注，一律不得在校外实习。

First, you must hold a valid study residence permit and secure an internship opportunity related to your field of study. After obtaining an offer from an internship provider, you need to request an official consent letter for off-campus internship from your university, as well as an acceptance letter from the internship organization. Both documents should then be submitted to the Exit and Entry Administration Office of the local Public Security Bureau to have your residence permit annotated with the internship location and duration. Please note that foreign nationals holding a study residence permit without such annotation are strictly prohibited from engaging in off-campus internships.

A5: 请注意以下重要事项：每次办理校外实习加注，最长有效期为6个月。 如您的实习时间超过6个月，需在到期后重新提交申请。

Please keep the following important points in mind: Each internship annotation is valid for a maximum of 6 months. If your internship lasts longer than 6 months, you must reapply after the current annotation expires.

变更实习单位或就读学校后，您需要重新办理实习加注。 原有的加注将不再适用。

If you change your internship provider or your university, you must apply for a new internship annotation. The original annotation will no longer be valid.

请务必在有效期内合理安排实习时间，并及时关注加注到期日期，以免影响您的合法实习资格。
